ID  + 0.03mm 
Thickness +/-0.005mm
Parralism 0.005mm



B. Thiner blade 



Tolerance for thiner round slitter blade
OD + /- 0.05mm
ID  + 0.03mm 
Thickness +/-0.001mm  lapping finish
Parralism 0.002mm

The think round slitter blade are more difficult because the tolrence required is very high.
We do lapping finish to +/-0.001mm (0.00004") up to customer's requirement.

Note the tolerance on round slitter blade, spacer, rubberized spacer must be match, otherwise it cause problem.

Since on a slitting line, there are many spacers with different thickness,  so clearly etching is very important for identification

More important is etching words cannot be thicker, otherwise it affect the whole thickness of the precise blade
